Dr. Karol Bailey is a licensed psychologist.  She is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.

Karol achieved her doctorate in counseling psychology on full fellowship from The Ohio State University.  Her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (both summa cum laude) were earned at Ohio University.

In addition to over 40 years in private psychological practice, Dr. B was Director of Psychological Services and the Counseling Center at the University of California, Riverside.

She is a member of the American Psychological Association.

Her executive coaching and organizational behavior consulting experience included positions as Vice President, Client Services of The McGuire Group / OI Partners, Inc. and as Director of Training for the National Summit Group, Inc.

Dr. Bailey is certified in the Developmental Model for Couples Counseling.  She is a certified fellow in clinical hypnotherapy and is a graduate of the University of California Management Institute.  She is a Success Training Institute certified career strategist.

She has been published and interviewed by a number of publications and radio and television media including The Sacramento Business Journal, The Long Beach Press Telegram, Preferred Health Care Review, Wellbeing, and KABC.
